Christopher has spent 26 years in the commercial/industrial heating industry spending time in nearly every aspect of the industry. He graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering. Christopher brings with him sales, marketing, and project engineering and management experience gained from working for large equipment manufacturers. Christopher has also been in leadership and business development roles working with several independent, industry-related HVAC specialty businesses. Christopher enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
COILS/HEAT TRANSFER EQUIPMENT/PRE-INSULATED PIPING
Tom has been involved in the HVAC industry for over 40 years specifically on the Heat Transfer Solutions side. Tom graduated from Old Dominion University and found his career in the field as National Sales Manager for a leading manufacturer of Heat Transfer Products. In that capacity, Tom traveled throughout the US setting up sales reps. Prior to starting Maiocco Associates in 1990, he worked for Tozour Trane in charge of sales for the ancillary product division. Tom's experience is in designing heat transfer solutions for commercial and field applications be it fin tube coils, shell and tube applications or plate and frame design. When time allows Tom can be found traveling or enjoying the "Game of Golf" looking for his next hole in 1.
Todd started in the HVAC field in 1992 after graduating with an engineering degree from Penn State University. He started his career with the Trane Company and has been in the HVAC industry since. Todd, a partner in GP Energy Products, spends much of his time in business development, managing principal relationships, networking, and the expanding market.
STEAM BOILERS, CONDENSING BOILERS, STACK SPECIALIST
Tom has been engineering unique solutions in the heating process industry for 31 years. Tom graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Physical Science. Prior to joining GP Energy Products, Tom was a consulting engineer in underground corrosion control for Henkles & McCoy. Tom’s expertise is in boilers, boiler venting and pre-insulated piping systems. Tom enjoys golf and spending quality time with his three grandchildren.
SERVICE / REPAIR & RENTAL BOILERS
Todd brings over 30 years experience in sales and service in the HVAC industry with experience in both heating and air conditioning fields. He was the winner of the ASHRAE Top Student award in the ASHRAE Design class and is a graduate of the Trane Air Conditioning School. Prior to joining the GP Energy Products, LLC team as Service Manager, Todd was responsible for Engineered Service Sales at Energy Products. He received his B.A degree from Washington College and enjoys traveling with family and participating in Boy Scouts with his son.
PRE-INSULATED PIPING, STACKS & CONDENSING BOILERS
Kevin Collins has more than 30 years of experience in the design, sale, and installation of pre-insulated piping systems, containment piping, boiler venting, generator exhaust, and boiler related equipment. He is an ASHRAE member with BS degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Drexel University. Kevin prides himself in being a venting and piping expert, a problem solver and a Philly sports enthusiast.

Hugh Nawn has been in the commercial and industrial heating industry for over 40 years working in sales and service for a whole host of HVAC technology companies, and through the years has become a specialist in heat transfer solutions. For the past 21 years, Hugh has been working with Maiocco & Associates as a sales rep for coils and heat exchangers. Hugh continues to sell these solutions for Maiocco Associates and GP Energy Products covering the Central and Southern, New Jersey area. Hugh enjoys motorcycle touring in his spare time and is an avid USA Wrestling fan, and regularly follows both the Rutgers and Penn State Wrestling teams.

John is an industry veteran with over 2 decades of experience in designing steam, hydronic, and heat transfer systems for process, industrial and heavy commercial HVAC and pipefitting professionals. From project conception to materials, delivery and start-up, John’s strengths and proficiency in this field come from years of practical and applied experience. John’s career has developed through 30 years of education in Engineering and Applied Principles of all plant equipment and controls while working as a machinist, rigger, millwright, industrial & commercial electrician, as well as in boiler & HVAC operations in pharma, food manufacturing, healthcare and high profile commercial buildings. When John is not working, you can usually find him enjoying quality time with family, playing guitar or listening to music. He has an uncanny ability to name the artist and song whenever he is put to the test. He also enjoys football, bocce ball, and MMA along with the occasional hide and seek with the grandkids.
John is new to the HVAC industry but comes to GP Energy Products with prior sales experience and a focus and intensity that comes with being a college athlete. He graduated as a student-athlete from Drexel University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. John remains involved in Drexel Baseball by helping out as the pitching coach in his free time.
COILS/HEAT TRANSFER EQUIPMENT
Joyce is a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in teaching. 25 years ago, she switched careers and joined the HVAC industry working with Maiocco and Associates. Joyce learned the coil business from the ground up and became the inside expert on the coil selection software programs, completing coil drawings for factory fabrication, assisting customers in the right coil selection for their application, working with vendors, customers and outside salespeople, getting quotes, refining submittals and assuring orders are entered, fulfilled and delivered with expert care. Joyce enjoys gardening, watching Eagles football and Villanova basketball and most especially spending time with her two young grandchildren.
Prior to joining the GP team, Ryan worked as a HR Generalist and was then transferred into a sales role selling consumer and commercial collection services. Ryan is currently pursuing his degree in Communications and Marketing from Towson University. On the weekends, when Ryan is not working at his family’s restaurant, you can find him playing & coaching baseball, golfing, or watching Philadelphia sports with his dog, Hazel.
